Course Objectives
- to describe, graph, and analyze data, and make predictions from samples and simulations categorize basic problem solving strategies and utilize these strategies to solve application problems
- to solve application problems using probabilistic modeling strategies
- to develop mathematical rules and demonstrate an understanding of functional relationships
- to identify, contrast, and transform (by mappings) figures in two and three dimensions
- to describe the evolution of current systems of measurement and application formulae, and calculate perimeter, area, surface area and volume
